By accessing or using BoxWatch (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
BoxWatch provides server monitoring services, including but not limited to CPU, memory, disk, and network metrics collection, alerting, dashboards, and status pages. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to monitor systems you do not own or have permission to monitor
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect and process server metrics data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or monitoring failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoxWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
